Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Parts and Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring our customers receive timely and accurate support for their parts and service needs. You will be the primary point of contact for inquiries, orders, and service coordination, helping maintain Sharp Industries’ reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding parts and service needs
- Assist customers with parts identification, availability, and ordering
- Respond to service-related inquiries and schedule technician appointments
- Input and maintain all service calls within SAP/service module
- Process orders, returns, and warranty claims efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using SAP/service module
- Collaborate with internal departments (Sales department, Tech support, Finance department, Procurement, and Warehouse operation) to ensure smooth service delivery
- Provide product and service information with professionalism and clarity
- Resolve customer issues with a focus on satisfaction and long-term relationships
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a technical or industrial setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Familiarity with customer service, inventory and order management systems
- Technical knowledge of machinery or industrial equipment is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
