This is a 5 axis Linear Roller Guide C frame machining center with Roller Cam Bearing Trunnion Table. It can perform 5 sided (4+1 applications) and 5 axis simultaneous machining. Precision through Craftsmanship and Technology

Structural mating surfaces are precision hand scraped to increase the flatness and to improve geometric accuracy (straightness and squareness) of the whole assembly. This provides near perfect alignment assuring long term accuracy.

10.4” color LCD screen, tool path graphics, built-in 3D interface, high speed HRV3 function, AICC II (200 blocks look ahead), high speed smooth TCP, 3 dimensional cutter, rigid tapping, detachable electronic handwheel (MPG), RS232 interface, USB port and embedded Ethernet.

High Precision, Zero Backlash Trunnion Table

The trunnion table is designed with roller cam bearing components offering zero backlash movements and superior wear resistance.

High Precision Spindle

The rigid spindle is mounted on 2 matched pairs of high precision angular contact bearings (ABEC 7) and one ball bearing at the rear. These bearings are designed to withstand axial and radial loads thus ensure accuracy in machining in all axes.

BLUM Z-nano Tool setter

BLUM Z-nano Tool setter for tool breakage detection and tool length measurement BLUM T-60 Touch probe to identify and set-up parts, measure features in‑cycle for adaptive machining, monitor workpiece surface condition and verify finished component dimensions. Above two devices are standard on the machine.
