Overview

This is a semi automatic miter saw with saw frame that can swivel 0° to 60° for cutting work pieces. Angle change is facilitated by pivot system for accurate angle cuts. It is equipped with full stroke hydraulic vise clamping and easy to operate control panel.

  • 13” round, 11” x 11” square, 10.6” x 18” rectangular cutting capacity (90°)
  • 11.4” round, 10.5” x 10.5” square, 8.7” x 8.7” rectangular cutting capacity (45°)
  • 8.7” round, 8.7” x 8.7” square, 8.7” x 8.8” rectangular cutting capacity (30°)
  • 3 HP motor, 1,848 lbs
  • Coolant system
  • Auto saw arm return to preset height at end of cut to facilitate next cut.
  • 4 step blade speeds with worm gear speed reducer operated with a toggle clamp device
  • Carbide blade guides with roller bearings pre-align the blade before entering carbide blade guides. It enhances blade life
  • Synchronized Blade brush to remove chips from blade gullet
  • Adjuster stock stop
  • Manual blade tension adjustment

Features

Down feed rate and cutting pressure control

The feed rate may be adjusted by setting the dial via the hydraulic down feed valve. The vast range of adjustment allows proper setting, which results in longer blade life, shorter cutting times and better finishes.

  • Built-in hydraulic system controls raising, and lowering of the saw head and cutting pressure adjustment in one control panel.
  • Variable step blade drive (opt) with heavy duty reducer deliver high cutting production
  • Auto saw arm preset return height at the end of each cut to facilitate next cut
  • Double guides located on a central axis support the blade from the top, giving it extra penetrating force. The carbide guides are relieved to allow coolant flow to lubricate and coo the blade as well as work piece.
  • Full stroke machine vise provides hydraulic clamping for different material sizes
  • Discharge table with coolant return and a built-in adjustable material stop facilitate repeat cuts.
