Overview
This is a semi automatic miter saw for straight and angle cut from 90° to 45° (backwards). The swivel bed miter cutting design are great for structural steel processing, such as pipe, H beam, channel, angle and bar stock, without swinging the material. Hydraulic system controls the down feed rate and cutting pressure.

- Saw blade has 4 running speeds. (95, 150, 213, 321 fpm)
- It has manual blade tension adjustment

- The saw feed rate may be adjusted by setting the dial between 0 and 10 via the hydraulic down feed valve. This large adjustment range allows proper settings to achieve shorter cutting time, longer blade life and better finishes

- Heavy duty cast iron swivel center features straight and miter cuts from 90 degree to 45 degree (backwards) with quick setting and precise positioning
- The large easy-to-read mitering scale enable smooth turning of the saw arm for each angle.
- Carbide blade guides with roller bearings pre-align the blade before entering carbide blade guides. It reduces wear on blade guides and blade, thus enhancing blade life
- The two blade guides located on a central axis support the blade from the top, giving it extra penetrating force. The carbide guides are relieved to allow coolant flow to lubricate and cool the blade as well as work piece
- The blade guide arms are mounted on an extra wide precision ground dovetail slide for more solid and supportive surface. This rigid design reduces vibration and achieves better cutting result
- The blade is equipped with blade brush to remove chips from blade gullet
- The hydraulic system operates through the control panel offers the convenience of raising the saw head automatically after cut-off
- Work height selector is used to adjust the blade to minimum clearance height over the stock
- Cast iron vises are equipped with replaceable extension plate
- Manual vise clamping is done through a manual leadscrew with anti-slip hand wheel
- Manually adjustable material stop to set cutting length
- Bi-metal material saw blade for long lasting operation
